We want you to absolutely love your Sole Polly pieces.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order with ease because your satisfaction matters to us.

Easy Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories, jewelry, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@solepolly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order was part of a promotion or bundle, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
